Hi! My name is Robert Fortunato and I’m the founder and drummer of the RENTaFRIEND Band. We started this party band to help you have incredible events in Southern California. We’ve assembled the best, incredibly talented musicians and create a unique experience that matches your vibe. We make live music seamless for you and unforgettable for your guests.

- From Top 40 Pop, Funk, Soul, Dance and Motown. Just let us know what you want to hear. If it’s not already in our repertoire, we’ll work with you to customize the evening to your musical preferences. For example, we recently did a client’s birthday party where his dream request was fulfilled by singing three of his favorites with the band the night of his party! We even did a rehearsal with him (which he loved) to make sure he crushed it!

Many of our clients are concerned about sound volume levels for their indoor and outdoor events. Unlike other bands, the RENTaFRIEND Band is able to control volume levels, yet keep the quality and intensity of the music - loud enough to dance while quiet enough to talk. We do this by using the highest quality electronic drums and digital PA systems that allow us to control and contour sound levels to make sure they fit your event.
